3d Printed punch and die set for 2mm and 4mm spheres for compressible powder. Designed by me. The punches and dies slide inside a hole that was drilled just slightly oversize in a 2″ steel rod. Unfortunately, the die was way overloaded and the dies bent. I think it would have worked if we incrementally loaded it. 3d printed in stainless steel. I think this would be a good starting off point for other dies and punches for different shapes.
